My story
I am a Computer Engineer with more than three decades of hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure management, network security and WordPress development. Over that time I have delivered end-to-end IT operations and digital transformation for 100+ clients across SMEs, schools and community organisations throughout the UK.
My career began in the earliest days of public internet access — I founded one of the first 50 internet cafés registered worldwide on the island of Samos, Greece, and worked directly with Microsoft during the NetMeeting era. Today I run Open Smart in Cambridge, providing SLA-managed IT support, cybersecurity and WordPress hosting.
I am multilingual (English, Greek and Romanian) and currently seeking a permanent role as an IT Manager, IT Support Engineer or Technical Account Manager in Cambridge and the surrounding area — while continuing to support consulting clients.
